Our program focuses on exercises using small, portable equipment or bodyweight movements. You don’t need machines or heavy weights to see real results.
Kim’s program places a strong emphasis on the Time Under Tension (TUT) method—a training technique that focuses on the tempo of each movement. TUT maximizes muscle activation, promoting increased strength, muscle growth, and endurance. It also helps improve form, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance focus during workouts.
With access to workout videos for your individual program, you’ll get a library of videos that demonstrate each exercise in detail, ensuring you understand proper form and technique. These videos are designed to complement your unique fitness goals, offering modifications and progressions to suit your level, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Available 24/7, you can follow along at your own pace, making it easy to stay on track with your routine and get the most out of every session, all in the comfort of your own space.
Nutrition recommendations designed for your body will be offered with workout program. Meal and food recommendations will be created to align with your unique fitness goals, lifestyle, and nutritional needs. The recommendations are designed to help you reach your fitness goals while eating healthy and delicious foods. Eating in a way that supports your individual progress and helps you achieve lasting results.

Our program combines focused awareness with physical movement to improve the mind-body connection during workouts. By incorporating mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing and body awareness, into your exercise routine, you can increase your ability to activate specific muscle groups more effectively.
