Hello! My name is Kim.
I am a proud mom of two teenage boys and a certified personal trianer. I competed at my first bodybuilding show in my 40's. I was going to pilates and barre classes before I became interested in weight training. But I was always afraid of being on an actual gym floor lifting weights. I hired a personal trainer in 2015 hoping to gain some muscles and to learn how to use machines in my building gym. I quickly fell in love with weightlifting. But I didn't see much progress in my physique until I started applying the right diet and changing my lifestyle pattern.
My goal in the beginning was obviously to stay healthy and strong. I had no idea routine weight training/workout will also help my skin glow and help me look younger than my age! I am here to share all I have learned about weightlifting as well as diet and much more to help you also stay super healthy and look the best version of yourself! XoXo, Kim
