Kim earned her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in her 40s. Her passion for fitness led her to compete as a natural bodybuilding athlete, earning 1st place in New York City’s Regional Natural Bikini Show (Over-40 category).
She later completed specialized training in Trauma-Informed Weightlifting Coaching, enabling her to help clients develop a stronger mind–body connection, build confidence, and train safely.
Drawing from her personal transformation, professional expertise, and years of experience, Kim created the Lifestyle Reset Program — a holistic coaching system combining strength training, sustainable nutrition, and mindful habit change to help women build lean muscle, increase energy, and achieve lasting confidence at any age.

Kim transformed her health after overcoming depression, solo parenting, and physical challenges like carpal tunnel and postpartum hip pain.
While working with trainers gave her a foundation, she sought a more personalized and sustainable approach to long-term wellness.
By taking control of her nutrition, strength training, and daily habits, she achieved lasting results — and now helps other women do the same through her Lifestyle Reset Coaching Program.

Kim never gravitated toward boot camps, HIIT, or fast-paced circuit workouts — those intense sessions left her feeling depleted rather than empowered.
Through her own experience, she discovered a more sustainable and effective method: Time Under Tension (TUT) training — a technique that controls the tempo of each movement to build strength safely and enhance muscle definition.
Her Lifestyle Reset Program blends personalized strength training, nutrition guidance, and daily habit strategies — because true transformation happens when all elements of fitness work together in balance.

Kim’s first motivation was her children—she wanted the strength and energy to keep up with daily life and be a resilient role model.
As she stayed consistent with her strength training and nutrition, she earned her NASM Personal Training Certification and completed Trauma-Informed Weightlifting Coaching, inspired by her experience parenting a neurodivergent child.
Through this journey, Kim discovered how strength training, mindful movement, and balanced nutrition can reset the body and mind—building confidence, balance, and lasting vitality.

When Kim first started at the gym, she felt overwhelmed and afraid of injury. Trainers showed her machines and exercises, but no one taught the essential foundations: proper breathing, controlling tempo and tension, or preparing the body to prevent injury.
Over time, Kim learned to train smarter, not just harder. She discovered that lifting with intention, proper technique, and awareness—not just heavier weights—was key. She also realized that generic online workouts can’t transform a body without these deeper methods.

Kim lives a balanced, sustainable lifestyle—enjoying nutritious meals, embracing the occasional indulgence, and maintaining a strong, healthy physique without extreme dieting or burnout.

This certification allows me to tailor training programs that prioritize mental and emotional well-being while fostering strength, resilience, and recovery.

As CPR and AED Certified, I am trained to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies, ensuring that I can provide life-saving assistance if needed during training or in any emergency situation. This certification equips me with the skills to recognize and act quickly in critical situations, prioritizing your safety and well-being.
